Parent Volunteers Needed for the 2010 Season!

Registration forms and requirements for both the league and the one-day clinics are available on this page.

Since we may not receive your forms in time for the 1st practice bring your reg. form, money, gear and U.S.lacrosse number to the field with you Monday.

League Registration:
Registration forms are preferred by June 1, 2010
The following 4 steps are required for Gallatin Valley Lacrosse League registration.

1. GVLL Registration Form

2. US Lacrosse Membership
(Youth: $25, High School: $35)
The GVLL requires every player to renew or obtain new membership with US Lacrosse, the national governing body of lacrosse. US Lacrosse membership extends a level of insurance to each player through BolingerLax.com, a subscription to Lacrosse Magazine and other benefits listed on the US Lacrosse web site.
When you have obtained your membership number please email it to team@gallatinlacrosse.com and enter it on your league registration form.

To obtain a US Lacrosse membership online:
a. Go to www.uslacrosse.org and click on the 'Membership' link on the left side of the homepage.
b. On the subsequent page, click on the red 'Apply Or Renew Online Here'
c. If you have a US Lacrosse membership number, enter it on the first page and continue to fill out the application. If you have lost or forgotten your old membership number, please call US Lacrosse at 410-235-6882 ext.102.
d. On the 'Group Information' page, please enter the GVLL's US Lacrosse ID#: 2250588.
Your individual US Lacrosse ID number will be available online as soon as the online application is complete. Your US Lacrosse membership card will arrive by mail in roughly two weeks.

3. Registration Fee
registration only: $65 and $55 for each addtl child

4. Required Lacrosse Equipment
Please see our Equipment page for details on required lacrosse equipment for both boys and girls.

Clinic Registration:

Registration for this Sunday's clinic April 25, will be at the field. Visit the league and clinic tab for more info. You do not need to register with US Lacrosse to participate in the clinics.

Clinic Fee: $15/child/clinic. Please make checks payable to: MSU Men’s Lacrosse Club.
