League Registration:
The following 4 steps are required for Gallatin Valley Lacrosse League registration.

2. US Lacrosse Membership
(Youth: $25, High School: $35)
The GVLL requires every player to renew or obtain new membership with US Lacrosse, the national governing body of lacrosse. US Lacrosse membership extends a level of insurance to each player through BolingerLax.com, a subscription to Lacrosse Magazine and other benefits listed on the US Lacrosse website.
When you have obtained your membership number please email it to team@gallatinlacrosse.com and enter it on your league registration form.

• To obtain a US Lacrosse membership:
  a. Go to www.uslacrosse.org and click on the 'Membership' link on the left side of the homepage.
  b. On the subsequent page, click on the red 'Apply Or Renew Online Here'
  c. If you have a US Lacrosse membership number, enter it on the first page and continue to fill out the application. If you have lost or forgotten your old membership number, please call US Lacrosse at 410-235-6882 ext.102.
  d. On the 'Group Information' page, please enter the GVLL's US Lacrosse ID#: 2250588.
• Your individual US Lacrosse ID number will be available online as soon as the online application is complete. Your US Lacrosse membership card will arrive by mail in roughly two weeks.
• If you have any questions about this step please call GVLL or US Lacrosse directly at 410-235-6882. If you have questions about the insurance coverage, please call BolingerLax at 1-800-350-8005 x8125 and ask for Heather.
  3. League Registration Fee*
  ($65/first child, $55/each addtnl.)
