The mission of the Gallatin
Valley Lacrosse League is to develop
interest in and promote the sport of lacrosse among girls and boys in the Gallatin
Valley. The club’s program encourages active participation and appropriate
skill development at two age levels, 8-11 years old and 12-17 years old. Foremost
in our offerings is a commitment to the integrity of the game of lacrosse.
The GVLL provides experienced coaching to introduce basic techniques to players
new to the game and to refine those of the more seasoned players. We seek to
promote individual growth and teamwork as well as leadership and cooperation
among peers. Our fundamental goal is that players have fun as they gain in
their knowledge of lacrosse and develop as athletes. The measure of the success
of GVLL will be the love players develop for the game and the friendships they
make playing it.
